Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, if you wish to return it for any reason contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Yarn must be unwound with labels attached in a resalable condition. Refunds are for cost of purchase only, shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require, your name, date of purchase, item purchased, date that refund was requested and email address used to make the purchase. Send request to store@magicworld.ie

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was a mistake on our part or the product was defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
